As one of Houston’s major water resource and transportation companies, the usual office warehouse was not a likely choice for their branding. This design promotes the “water company” concept with a site of fountains, natural creek, and detention pond portions. The facility also has a tall 3-story atrium with a “water tower” stairwell connecting the two floors. Large windows and interior atriums bring large amounts of light into the office suites.
