Greenspoint Renaissance*

Houston, Texas

The former Greenspoint Mall in north Houston was renovated several times over its 70-year tenure. This plan was designed to turn many of the inward-facing store to the outside, create a central court with food hall and restaurants. Key to this was taking the existing surface parking areas and converting them to the new “Renaissance” theme. Also critical was to renovate the existing food court into a true Food Hall connected to the retail areas outside.
