La Concha Hotel and Residences

Located off La Concha Lane between Kirby Drive and North Stadium Drive, this project includes 150 hotel rooms and suites, 90 ABB apartments, and 20 luxury lofts. It is constructed atop an 8-story parking garage and features a ballroom, restaurants, and extensive landscape and hardscape design. The project also entails selecting all materials and finishes for the entire development.
