Lockton Place Office Building*

Houston, Texas

The 8-story Lockton Place Building is an infill project, completing an existing Westchase office park in western Houston. The 200,000 s.f. building also includes a 6-story parking garage and various amenities. The building and garage placement on the site allow for a prominent drop-off court.
