This project reflects the density of Noida, a burgeoning suburb of New Delhi for the last 20 years. High land prices and required underground garages created tall structures with small floor plates. These 32-story towers each have three luxury units per floor, some 2-story duplex/loft in nature. The small floor areas allow for more luxurious greens and gardens between the towers. Amenities include a large clubhouse and restaurant, football pitches and Hawaiian-style pool deck.
