Orion Condominium

The never realized Orion Condominium was a dream of the developers to provide a tier-one residential experience in the River Oaks district of Houston. Located between Memorial Drive and Buffalo Bayou the site affords spectacular views of downtown Houston, Memorial Park and the affluent neighborhoods surrounding the site. Thirty-two stories of large luxury residences (two per floor) included large balconies with built-in barbeques, 24-hour valet, dedicated elevators, and security, and a separate Clubhouse overlooking the Bayou. The towers are dressed in a traditional Art Deco metal and stone skin reminiscent of New York City’s famous structures.
