The Seven Coves master plan is a very conceptual retail and multifamily development in Willis, Texas. Fronting Interstate 45 on one side the highly visible frontage parcels contain mostly restaurant pads, leading to a second layer of town center/main street retail. Other developments include garden style multifamily and an office condominium sections.
