Basiriya Tower was envisioned to create a true vertical mixed-use tower along Sheikh Zayed Road in central Dubai. A 5-story base contains restaurants and shopping mall. Rising up from the base is a 15-story 450,000 s.f. office tower. The next 25 floors reflect residential living units with occasional floors of health club, spa and other amenities and mechanical levels. The upper floors contain large VIP loft units with a public large club/rotating restaurant at the very top. Garden/park floors are interspersed within the context of the total tower.
