The Tealstone residences were built on a narrow strip of land at one point reserved for a clubhouse intended for the adjoining neighborhood. A small site translates into a tall structure. The tower is a podium type, with the 16-story residential tower sitting over a 4-story parking garage. Set in the piney woods of the Memorial area of Houston, the design reflects the “post-modern” architectural style of the 1970’s and 1980’s.
