The high parcel prices in Houston’s gentrifying neighborhoods forces greater density leading to more and more multifamily projects. The Fairmont quadplex prototype is flexible enough to be stacked side-by-side or as a stand-alone quadplex. The fitness and leasing office is contained in the front edged quad adjacent to the pool deck. Each quad has the four units floating above a divided ground level tandem parking garage. High ceilings, marble counters, light-filled living areas dominate the unit types. The modular nature of the design allow for studio,1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units.
