New Century International Women's and Children's Hospital

The last of 5 hospitals designed for New Century Hospital this dual focus private hospital was created to meet market demand for a more integrated 30-day birthing process and new baby care after birth. As such the hospital has a separate section for birthing and another for pediatric care. The tower design reflects this two-fold nature. Situated in the city of Foshan, a suburb of Guangzhou, China in the 45 million-person Guangdong province, the hospital has a large market draw. The hospital contains 250 birthing beds, 110 children’s beds, a large NICU, an operating suite, full clinic and radiology and large lounge and dining areas. The birthing tower also has a separate club level with a restaurant, training kitchen, fitness center, learning center and counseling suite.
