This 15-story dual-branded hotel, centrally located in Downtown Houston near the George R. Brown Convention Center, Discovery Green, Toyota Center, and the downtown entertainment district, showcases a prominent presence in the area.

The hotel offers 152 rooms and 88 suites, with a unique concept of having suites and hotel rooms on each floor. Shared amenities on the ground level include a pool deck situated above the 3-story parking podium. The architecture reflects the dual functionality and business model, providing mid-level rates ideal for regional conferences. In-house restaurants complement the over 4,000 square feet of conference facilities. The project design was executed in collaboration with MCS Architects.
