The Jeddah Hilton is a 300-room atrium hotel that includes a ballroom, an events center, and 25,000 square feet of conference facilities. The property features three restaurants, a 10,000-square-foot wedding hall, a mosque, and a nine-story residential tower.

The owner, a member of the royal family who planned to reside there in the future, envisioned this project as a complete hospitality and community development initiative. Positioned on Jeddah’s Cornice Road, the hotel offers stunning views of the Red Sea and Jeddah’s iconic fountain near the King’s Island. The design blends a modern atrium layout with elements and proportions inspired by the prevalent Turkish style of the Hejaz region. Traditional Mushrabiyah and intricate Arabic features adorn the windows and facade, while preserving its contemporary appeal. Approximately three-quarters of the guest rooms boast sea views, and a rooftop restaurant provides panoramic vistas of the city and the sea.
