This beachfront hotel in Hainan, a Chinese resort island, epitomizes the modern essence of the evolving metropolis. Once a fishing village, Sanya has transformed into a premier global resort destination within just two decades. Situated on the outskirts of the city center, the project is conveniently located near excellent seafood eateries and borders the city’s scenic corniche road along the central beach.

The project features two distinct sections: an 11-story hotel and conference center with 175 rooms, and a 17-story condominium tower with 95 residential units at the rear. The building's curved design ensures optimal views of the South China Sea from every unit. The layout includes retail spaces and restaurants, with units and hotel rooms arranged along a corridor that overlooks lushly landscaped courtyards.
