BOTANICA Prototype Quadplexes

In the Post-Covid Texas multifamily market the need for smaller, more flexible units has become very popular. The over-energized market also forces greater density. This prototype is flexible enough to be stacked side-by-side or as a stand-alone quadplex. The quadplex prototypes shown were designed and built to meet the higher-end student and multifamily markets. The four units float above a ground level tandem parking garage. High ceilings, marble counters, light-filled living areas dominate the unit types. The modular nature of the design allow for studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. Each unit has numerous wellness related systems from Delos (air and water filtration), Darwin (biorhythmic energy controls) and others. Exterior spaces and clubhouses are designed to be biophilic by design, creating an oasis in an urban styled environment. Residences have been built or designed for Houston, San Antonio, the Dominion, Fair Oaks Ranch and Austin.
