The Yorktown District development in Houston is a mixed-use, office, hotel and retail development. The campus was designed to create a commercial framework for a theatre and entertainment facility, originally intended for the AD Players theatrical company as shown. Organized around this the master plan is inwardly focused, creating a walkable, scaled development. It also includes a 110 room hotel and 500,000 s.f. office building.
