Global Business Park*

New Delhi, India

This office park in the city of Gurgaon, a suburb of New Delhi, India changed the face of the Haryana region in the early 2000’s. Twenty-five years of massive growth for India’s capital started in its regional hamlets: Gurgaon (Gurugram), Noida, Delhi, Faridabad and Manesar. The Global Business Park by Unitech Development was the first office development to bring Class A office space. The plan included two phases of double buildings and a third hotel phase.

*The project was designed by Warren Johnson while Vice President at HOK Houston and later as Managing Principal at JDG.
