Part of the massive growth of the New Delhi and Haryana areas of India, this project has two major tenants: Vipul Limited, one of India’s major developers and Dell Computers’ regional offices. These 5-story buildings contain executive office on either side of an entry park with large open plan call centers beyond. Designed in association with Bose International.
