Luxe is a new type of business model allowing affluent families to create custom hobby suites. That is not the only type of use that these warehouse suites contain. “Man caves”, eBay distribution outlets, micro-breweries and classic car garages are on a handful of the many uses for these suites. Each suite contains a mezzanine for office space, family den or gaming center. The images shown reflect the initial project of the development group, near The Woodlands, Texas.
