The proposals shown are concepts for an unnamed developer to joint venture with the University of Houston Downtown on a new parking garage and several new classroom buildings, filling out the master plan for the campus. The garage, situated on San Jacinto Street is intended for university students and public downtown office tenants, branding the school along the Interstate-10 corridor through downtown.
